Delphine started her career as a CFO in fast-growing tech companies across Europe, ANZ and Asia. She has led complex projects in digital transformation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and research and development (R&D). She worked inside scale-up environments and fast-growing companies where structure, speed, and clarity decide survival, and learned early that finance is not a reporting function, but a system design function.

She later moved into Web3 to explore financial architectures that work globally by default. She entered as an investor, then as a builder, using crypto as a laboratory for new operating models.

Delphine is often described as an unconventional thinker. Her work is driven by systems thinking: understanding how incentives, structure, and capital flows shape behaviour and outcomes.

She moves fast, runs multiple strategic tracks in parallel, and works with sharp minds who push boundaries instead of protecting comfort zones.

Today she builds the financial and strategic architecture for Web3 ventures from 0→1: designing frameworks that allow companies to scale without losing coherence, and that turn treasury into a source of leverage, not a constraint.
